As we pray this month, here are some reassuring words from Psalm 121:1-2, 7-8 . . . I lift up my eyes to the hills-where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth . . . The LORD will keep you from all harm-He will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forever.
Lord, We Praise You For...
- For consistent workday volunteers!
- For faithful donors!
- For our growing workday Ambassador ministry to our homeowners!
Lord, We Pray For...
- For generous year-end givers who will help enable us meet our 2008 budget.
- For direction as we discern the right decision regarding entering into a partnership to renovate a vacant house that could then be sold and provide needed revenue to our operating budget for 2009.
- For Your favor on the fundraising initiatives we have in place to be successful.
